Important information
These terms and conditions ("Terms") set out the legally binding agreement between you and Betmac. Everything in these Terms is important and you should read the whole document, but the points below are matters that may particularly affect your interests. Reading these short summaries is not a substitute for reading the full clauses referred to.
- The agreement between us — by creating an account and/or using the Betmac website or app, you enter into a binding contract with us. See Section 1.
- Eligibility — you must be at least 18 years old and meet other eligibility requirements to register and hold an account. See Section 4.
- One account per person — you may hold only one account with Betmac. Duplicate accounts may be closed and related funds withheld. See Section 6.

1. Introduction and Acceptance of These Terms
1.1 These Terms govern your access to and use of the Betmac website, mobile applications and any related products or services (together, the "Website"). By registering an account, and/or by accessing or using any part of the Website, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them.
1.2 In addition to these Terms, the following documents form part of the overall agreement between you and Betmac and should be read alongside these Terms:
- the rules applicable to individual casino games, accessible from within each game;
- any specific terms attached to individual promotions, bonuses, prize draws or offers made available from time to time;
- our privacy policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal information; and

1.3 If there is a conflict between these Terms and any document listed above, these Terms take precedence unless the other document expressly states otherwise for the matter in question.
1.4 If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or otherwise use the Website.
2. Who We Are
2.1 Betmac is an online gambling brand offering casino games and related entertainment products to customers in Great Britain. References to "Betmac", "we", "us" and "our" mean the operator of the Website.

3. Changes to These Terms
3.1 We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the law, regulatory requirements, or the way we operate the Website. Where a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, for example by posting a notice on the Website or contacting you by email, before the change takes effect.
3.2 Your continued use of the Website after any updated Terms take effect will be treated as your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the Website and may close your account.
3.3 We may also suspend, withdraw or amend any feature of the Website at any time, including for maintenance, legal or regulatory reasons, without incurring liability to you.
4. Eligibility and Account Registration
4.1 To use Betmac for real-money play, you must register for an account. You may hold only one account.
4.2 By registering, you confirm and promise that:
- you are at least 18 years old;
- you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract;
- you are located in Great Britain at the time you register and each time you play;
- the information you provide during registration and afterwards is accurate, current and complete;
- you are not self-excluded from Betmac or from any equivalent multi-operator self-exclusion scheme;
- you are opening the account for your own personal, non-commercial use and not on behalf of anyone else;
- the funds you deposit belong to you and do not derive from unlawful activity; and
- you are not employed by us or by a company connected to us in a role that would prohibit you from holding an account.
4.3 We may decline to open an account, or may close an existing account, at our reasonable discretion, including where we are unable to verify the information you have provided.
4.4 You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and secure. You must not allow anyone else to access or use your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account where your correct login details have been used.

5. Verification Checks
5.1 We are required to verify certain information about you, including your identity, age, address and, in some cases, the source of funds you deposit or wager. We may carry out these checks when you register and at any point afterwards, including before permitting withdrawals.
5.2 You agree to provide any documentation we reasonably request to complete these checks, which may include a copy of your passport, driving licence or other government-issued identification, and proof of address such as a recent bank statement or utility bill.
5.3 Until verification is completed to our reasonable satisfaction, we may restrict your account, including preventing deposits, wagers or withdrawals. If verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, we may suspend or close your account and, where required, report the matter to the relevant authorities.
5.4 If we discover that an account holder is under 18, the account will be closed immediately, all transactions will be voided, any deposited funds will be returned, and any profit we have made will be refunded to the customer where appropriate. We will report suspected underage gambling to the relevant authorities.
6. One Account and Duplicate Accounts
6.1 You may hold only one Betmac account. An additional account discovered to belong to the same person is a "duplicate account".
6.2 Where we identify a duplicate account, we may close the duplicate account (or, where we reasonably believe it was opened deliberately to obtain an unfair advantage, close all related accounts), void bets and bonuses associated with it, and withhold winnings generated through it.
7. Deposits and Withdrawals
7.1 You may be required to make a minimum deposit before you can play, and maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your chosen payment method.
7.2 Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. You may not fund your account using a credit card, or with funds belonging to a third party.
7.3 You may withdraw your available real-money balance at any time, provided that: (a) any deposits used to build that balance have cleared and have not been reversed or charged back; (b) our verification checks have been completed to our reasonable satisfaction; and (c) there is no ongoing investigation into suspected error, malfunction or prohibited activity affecting the funds in question.
7.4 Where possible, withdrawals will be paid using the same method used to deposit, in order to reduce the risk of fraud. Where this is not possible, we will contact you to arrange an alternative method.
7.5 Your account must not be used as a banking facility. We do not pay interest on account balances, and balances cannot be exchanged, transferred or substituted for other prizes.
7.6 You are responsible for any tax obligations arising from your winnings, in accordance with applicable law.
8. Maximum Payout Limits
8.1 Maximum payout limits may apply to certain games, promotions or product categories. Where a maximum payout limit applies, you will only be entitled to receive winnings up to that limit, regardless of your stake or the amount shown as won. Applicable limits, where they exist, are stated within the relevant game rules or promotional terms.
9. Casino Games, Promotions and Bonuses
9.1 Individual games available through Betmac are subject to their own rules, including information on return to player and how outcomes are determined. 9.2 We may offer promotions, free spins, deposit matches or other incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which take precedence over these Terms in relation to that promotion. Current offers and their conditions are described on our bonus page.
9.3 We may withdraw or amend promotions at any time and may exclude particular customers from taking part, including for regulatory or responsible gambling reasons.
9.4 Abusing a promotion, including through the use of multiple accounts, is a prohibited activity and may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and related winnings.
10. Prohibited Activities and Our Right to Suspend or Close Accounts
10.1 You must use Betmac only for lawful, personal and recreational purposes. The following, without limitation, are prohibited:
- registering or using an account under a false identity or with inaccurate information;
- opening or using more than one account;
- allowing another person to access or use your account;
- funding your account with stolen, unauthorised or unlawfully obtained funds;
- colluding with other players, using bots, automated tools or exploiting a software or pricing error;
- abusing a promotion or bonus offer; and
- any conduct that is fraudulent, dishonest or otherwise unlawful.
10.2 Where we reasonably suspect you have engaged in a prohibited activity, we may suspend your account while we investigate. You agree to cooperate with any such investigation.
10.3 If our investigation confirms prohibited activity, we may close your account, void related bets, bonuses and winnings, and withhold the relevant funds. Where required, we will report the matter to the appropriate authorities.
10.4 We may also restrict, suspend or close accounts for legal or regulatory reasons, including where required to do so by a gambling regulator.
11. Closing Your Account and Inactive Accounts
11.1 You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Any available balance will be returned to you, subject to our rights under these Terms.
11.2 If your account remains inactive for an extended period, we may classify it as dormant. We will notify you before applying any dormancy arrangements and will explain how to reactivate your account or withdraw any remaining balance.
12. Errors, Interruptions and Malfunctions
12.1 We take reasonable care to ensure the Website operates correctly, but errors, interruptions and malfunctions can occur in any software system. If a game, price or promotion displays incorrect information as a result of a technical or human error, or if a malfunction causes an outcome that would not otherwise have occurred, we reserve the right to void the affected transaction and to correct or withhold any resulting winnings.
12.2 If you become aware, or suspect, that an error or malfunction has occurred, you must stop using the affected feature immediately and report it to customer support.
12.3 Where an interruption occurs during a game with multiple stages, we will take reasonable steps to restore the game to its last recorded state, or to determine a fair outcome based on the information available to us.
13. Responsible Gambling
13.1 We provide tools to help you manage your play, including deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion. Details of the tools available and how to use them are set out on our responsible gambling page.
13.2 If you choose to self-exclude, we will close your account for the period you select and take reasonable steps to prevent you from opening a new account during that period. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the end of the chosen period.
13.3 Where we have reasonable grounds to believe you may be experiencing gambling-related harm, we may apply restrictions to your account, including suspension, independently of any request from you.
14. Mobile Application Use
14.1 Where you access Betmac through our mobile application, your use of the app is subject to these Terms in addition to any specific licence terms presented to you when you download or install the app. Information about the app is available on our mobile app page.
14.2 You are responsible for ensuring your device and internet connection are compatible with the app. We do not guarantee that the app will be free of faults or compatible with every device.
15. Intellectual Property
15.1 All intellectual property rights in the Website, including its software, design, graphics and content, belong to us or our licensors. You may use the Website only for your own personal, non-commercial use.
15.2 You must not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the Website without our prior written consent.
16. Limitation of Liability
16.1 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
16.2 Subject to clause 16.1, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, for losses arising from your breach of these Terms, for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, or for losses arising from an error, interruption or malfunction as described in Section 12.
16.3 The Website is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device or connection.
17. Complaints and Disputes
17.1 If you have a complaint, please contact our customer support team in the first instance, using the details on our About Us page. We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and aim to resolve it as quickly as possible.
17.2 If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, it may be escalated internally for further review. Where a dispute concerning the settlement of a bet or game outcome remains unresolved, you may be entitled to refer the matter to an independent alternative dispute resolution service approved for the gambling sector in Great Britain.
18. General Terms
18.1 Severability. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
18.2 No waiver. A failure by us to enforce any right under these Terms does not amount to a waiver of that right.
18.3 Assignment. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations, including as part of a business transfer, provided this does not adversely affect your rights.
18.4 Governing law. These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute relating to these Terms will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without depriving you of any protection you are entitled to under the law of the country in which you live.
18.5 Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the documents referred to in Section 1.2, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Website.
